What are the size restrictions of the DPD local online services?
Each service that we offer has its own size restrictions based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
Domestic
With our domestic services, you can send parcels with a maximum weight of up to 30 kg, and a maximum length of 1 metre. The maximum girth (length + width + height) for our domestic services is 230 cm. Domestic shipments will be priced on the actual weight of the shipment.

International
With our international services, you can send parcels with a maximum weight up to 30 kg, with a maximum length of 1.75 m. The maximum girth is 300 cm. For international air shipments, the prices are based on the volumetric weight of the parcel, or the actual weight - whichever is the greatest.
What is girth?
The ‘length’ of a parcel is the measurement of its longest side.
The ‘girth’ of a parcel can be found by adding together the lengths of the two remaining dimensions of the parcel - the width and the height - and doubling the total.
