Quick solutions
Will there be any compensation cover applied to my order?
We currently include standard cover of up to £50 on our services, you can however for a small fee cover your parcel up to £5,000. For our international services we have introduced a new two tier cover option which provide excellent rates with and without cover.
We do have a list of items that we cannot carry at all (prohibited items) and a further list of items which we cover for loss but not damage.
